Thank you for shopping with us. We are committed to delivering your order quickly and safely.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 12-24 hours on working days (Monday to Saturday). Orders placed on Sunday / Public Holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Time - UAE

• Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman: 1-2 working days • Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, RAK, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain: 2-3 working days • Delivery timing: 10 AM to 9 PM (UAE Time)

3. Shipping Charges

• FREE Delivery on orders above 150 AED • Flat rate of 15 AED for orders below 150 AED • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available all over UAE with extra 5 AED COD fee.

4. How will I know my order has shipped?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a WhatsApp + Email with tracking number and courier details. You can track your order live.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer COD across all 7 Emirates. Please keep exact amount ready and ensure someone is available to receive the parcel.

6. Delays

Sometimes delivery may be delayed due to weather, National Holidays, or courier issues. We will always keep you updated via WhatsApp.

7. Wrong Address / Unreachable

If courier cannot reach you for 2 attempts, the order will be returned to us. For re-delivery, shipping charges will apply again.

8. International Shipping (Pakistan, KSA, Qatar, Oman)

Currently we only deliver within UAE. For GCC and Pakistan delivery, please contact our support team on WhatsApp.
